At Nysa Huletic, we are committed to delivering your T-shirts safely, quickly, and efficiently across India. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Once processed, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partner for dispatch.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.


2. Payment Policy (Prepaid Only)

Nysa Huletic operates on a 100% prepaid model.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All orders must be prepaid using the available payment methods on the Platform before processing and dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Interior Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, and local conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

Any applicable charges, if introduced in the future, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.


5. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India through reliable and trusted courier partners.

If your location is serviceable, your order will be processed without delay.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking link will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number or email address.
  • You can use this link to track the real-time status of your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.


7. Delivery Delays

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • High order volume
  • Unexpected logistical issues

While such delays are outside our control, we will coordinate with the courier partner to ensure timely resolution and keep you informed where possible.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order.

Nysa Huletic is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
